Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) – Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) / Modernization of Hydromet Services of PMD in Pakistan (MHSP). The World Bank–financed project (Loan No. IDA-73330) invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible individual consultants (open international competition) for selection of four members of an International Panel of Experts (IPEs).
EOIs must state the position and reference number, include a detailed CV, and be submitted by e-mail or in hard copy by 26 October 2026, 16:00 Pakistan Standard Time to the address below. Consultants will be selected through Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants in accordance with World Bank procurement regulations.
