PMD invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible individual consultants (open international competition) to serve on an International Panel of Experts (IPEs). EOIs must state the position and reference number and include a separate EOI and CV for each position applied for. Selection will follow World Bank procurement regulations.
