Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD). Project: Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) / Modernization of Hydromet Services of PMD (MHSP). Loan/Grant: IDA-73330.
Purpose: Selection of four (4) individual consultants to form an International Panel of Experts (IPEs) for strengthening hydromet and climate services, systems integration, numerical weather prediction, ICT & data integration, and HPC infrastructure.

How to apply: Interested consultants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) clearly stating the position and reference number, together with a detailed CV. A consultant may apply for more than one position but must submit a separate EOI and CV for each position applied for.
Selection and regulations: Selection will follow Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants and the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (November 2020). World Bank policy on conflict of interest applies.
Submission deadline: EOIs must be submitted by 2026-10-26, 16:00 Pakistan Standard Time. EOIs may be submitted by e-mail or in hard copy to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) at the address below.
