The Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites electronic bids for procurement of works for the construction of the SECP Head Office Building, Mauve Area G-11/1, Islamabad under Package-2A (Architecture, Electrical & Plumbing Works). Funding is reserved under SECP procurement plan for FY 2026-27. Bidding will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
