Tender: Revamping and Refurbishment of Facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites bids through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) for the revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad including civil, plumbing and fire-fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall, PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre.

Key conditions: firms must meet evaluation criteria; provide proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and ATL listing; submit affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper stating firm is not blacklisted; bid security/earnest money must be in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR issued from bank account of the firm in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted before bid closing. Only the technical proposal (hard copy) as uploaded on EPADS should be submitted. Envelopes of price bids of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for field conditions.
