- Bidding procedure: Single Stage-Two Envelope. Technical bid and Price bid must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked.
- Bidders must quote percentage above or below schedule items and item rates for non-schedule items.
- Bidding documents available for download/upload at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice also available at www.sports.gov.pk and on PPRA website. Applications to be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals.
- Mandatory documents: valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and firm on Active Taxpayers List (ATL); affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper stating firm is not blacklisted; bid security/earnest money in form of bank draft/pay order/CDR issued from firm account in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
- One copy of technical proposal (hard form) to be uploaded on EPADS; scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and original submitted before closing date/time.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.
- Envelopes containing Price Bids of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened. Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
