NIT: Revamping & Refurbishment of Facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad).

Purpose: Invitation to bid for revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad including civil, plumbing and fire-fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall, and works at PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre.

Key instructions: Bidding documents must be downloaded and uploaded via http://eprocure.gov.pk; tender notice also available on PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals; manual submission of bids will not be entertained. The bid security / earnest money shall be in the form of bank draft, pay order or CDR issued from the bank account of the firm in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original must be submitted before the closing date and time.

Mandatory items & conditions include proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper regarding non-blacklisting, one copy of only the technical proposal to be uploaded on EPADS, and that envelopes containing the “Price Bid” of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.
