Important conditions: Delivery FOR NRTC Haripur. Complete tendering through EPADS 2.0; scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded via EPADS 2.0 and the hard copy submitted physically on closing date to NRTC Haripur. Price must be quoted in PKR; mention prices inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer or bid will be treated as cancelled. Bid security: Rs 100,000 in shape of Pay Cross/Demand Draft in favor of HRTC Haripur. Attach financial health of the firm (Ref Form #4). Standard warranty applies. Samples of each item must be provided with the technical bid. Bid validity: 120 days. As per PPRA Rule 33, NRTC may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance.
