National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (N.R.T.C), Haripur invites sealed bids against Tender No. TU-5107-2026 for supply of shields, wooden shields, leather bags, wallets, suits, ladies handbags, cutlery sets, carpet and related items. Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 23 Oct 2025 at 11:00 hours; bids will be opened the same day at 11:20 hours.

Key tender conditions:
- Tender procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope basis.
- Delivery: FOR NRTC Haripur.
- Tendering process to be carried out through EPADS 2.0; scanned copy of bid security is required to be uploaded via EPADS 2.0 and a hard copy must be submitted physically on the closing date to the office of the undersigned.
- Bid security: Rs. 100,000 in shape of Pay Cross/Demand Draft in favor of HRTC Haripur.
- Supplier must be an active taxpayer; price inclusive and exclusive of taxes must be quoted separately.
- Financial health of the firm must be attached (Ref: Form #4). Tender documents available on PPRA website.
- Prices must be quoted in PKR. Standard warranty required. Sample of each item must be provided with the technical bid. Bid validity: 120 days.
- As per PPRA Rule 33, NRTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
