NRTC Haripur Tender TU-5107-2026 — Supply of Shields, Bags, Uniforms & Accessories

Issuer: National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur. ROD (Procurement) invites sealed bids for supply of shields, bags, suits, wallets, carpet and related items under Tender No. TU-5107-2026. Details and full tender documents available on PPRA website.

Tender procedure and submission requirements:

• Single Stage – Two Envelope basis.
• Complete tendering process through EPADS 2.0; scanned documents to be uploaded and a hard copy submitted physically on the closing date.
• Delivery: FOR NRTC Haripur.
• Prices must be quoted in PKR; show price inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer.
• Bid security: Rs. 100,000 in shape of Pay Cross/Demand Draft in favor of HRTC Haripur (to be accompanied/uploaded as required).
• Financial health of the firm must be attached (Ref. Form #4).
• Samples of each item must be provided with the technical bid. Warranty: Standard. Bid validity: 120 days.
• As per PPRA Rule 33, NRTC may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance.

Closing and opening:

Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 2025-10-23 up to 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 11:20 hours on the same day.
