National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (N.R.T.C), Haripur invites sealed bids from reputable firms/distributors/suppliers for the supply of shields, bags, suits, wallets, carpet and related items under Tender No. TU-5107-2026.

Key conditions:
- Tender procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope basis. Delivery: FOR NRTC Haripur.
- The complete tendering process shall be carried out through EPADS 2.0 version; scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded via EPADS 2.0 and the hard copy submitted physically on the closing date to NRTC Haripur at the address in the tender notice.
- Bid security: Rs. 100,000 in the shape of Pay Order / Crossed Demand Draft in favour of NRTC Haripur.
- Prices must be quoted in PKR; price inclusive and exclusive of taxes should be mentioned separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer.
- Financial health of the firm must be attached (Ref: Form #4). Standard warranty required. Samples of each item must be provided with the technical bid. Bid validity: 120 days.
- As per PPRA Rule 33, NRTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 2025-10-23 up to 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 11:20 hours on the same day.
