Request for Proposals — Integrated Services for Inspection, Testing, Verification, Branding, Repair & Maintenance of Chromebooks and Media Tablets (Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training)

Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFE&PT). Purpose: Request for Proposals for the procurement of integrated services covering inspection, testing, verification, branding, repair and maintenance of Chromebooks and media tablets. The procurement will be financed from funds reserved for FY 2026-27.

Procurement method: Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding using Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit as described in the bidding documents.

E-bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk. Pre-bid and submission instructions are provided in the e-bidding documents.

Submission instructions: E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before the stated deadline. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for the subject procurement; related information is available on EPADS v2.0 and the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
