PEZDMC Tender (ID 11/2026) — Infrastructure Consultant for Mair Industrial Park (M-9/N-5 Link Road)

Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd (PEZDMC) invites sealed bids for hiring a party/consultant with relevant FEC and infrastructure development experience for infrastructure works at Mair Industrial Park located on the M-9/N-5 Link Road. This tender (ID No. 11/2026) is for infrastructure development works related to industrial parks/SEZs.

RFPs are available from 09 July 2025 on submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee (PKR 10,000) by pay order in favor of PEZDMC, and on production of valid PEC, FBR and SRB registration certificates. Bids shall follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Sealed technical bids (one original and one copy) must be delivered to PEZDMC by 14:00 on 2025-07-23; technical bids will be opened at 14:30 the same day.
