National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for multiple mid‑senior positions based at Karachi in Risk Management, MIS and Consumer Policy divisions. Positions include Manager MIS (AVP) and Assistant Manager – Policy (Consumer Secured Finance) (AVP) and Assistant Manager – Policy (Consumer Unsecured Finance) (AVP).

Experience in Housing, Auto Finance or other secured lending an advantage | Formulate, review and maintain secured consumer & agri product policies and programs; set target markets, risk acceptance criteria, exposure limits and collateral norms; review policy exceptions; incorporate stakeholder feedback into product manuals and documentation |

Other required skills across roles include strong data interpretation and analytical skills, accuracy in reporting and data handling, verbal and written communication, proficiency in MS Office and BI tools, and sound business acumen. Candidates with prior experience in similar roles within commercial banks will be preferred.
