National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Manager – IT Compliance Management (AVP) in the Information Technology function based in Karachi. The role reports to the Unit Head – IT Compliance Management and is intended to strengthen IT governance, compliance, audit coordination and regulatory adherence across the Bank.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from a HEC-recognized university/college preferred. Relevant certifications desirable. |
| Experience | Minimum 06 years of experience in the field of IT, with 03 years in IT audit coordination and/or IT compliance, preferably in banks. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Strong knowledge of IT systems, information security, IT governance, risk management frameworks, regulatory environment and banking industry standards; ability to interpret directives and translate into controls; stakeholder management and report preparation; experience in compliance trackers, audit observations and remediation. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Lead IT Compliance Management function, ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements; coordinate IT compliance activities related to internal/external audits and State Bank inspections; prepare and submit regulatory responses and compliance reports; monitor and report audit observations, remediation and closure; maintain compliance documentation and support regulatory inspections. |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package as per Bank policy. |
| Assessment | Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting basic eligibility will be invited for panel interviews. |
