National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Manager — IT Compliance Management (AVP) based in Karachi. Selected candidate will report to the Unit Head — IT Compliance Management and support the Bank’s IT governance, compliance, and regulatory alignment efforts.

Key responsibilities: Lead and manage the Bank’s IT Compliance Management function; ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements and SBP guidelines; coordinate IT compliance activities related to internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections; prepare and submit regulatory responses, compliance reports and management attestations; monitor and report IT audit observations, regulatory findings and remediation activities; collaborate with IT, Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit and Business Units to implement controls and mitigation; develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and governance frameworks; facilitate regulatory inspections, compliance assessments and audit walkthroughs; maintain compliance documentation, audit trails and evidence repositories; promote regulatory compliance culture across the Bank.
