National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a Manager — IT Compliance Management (AVP) based in Karachi to lead the Bank's IT compliance, audit coordination and regulatory adherence activities.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; graduation with a Master’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/college/institute preferred. Relevant certification(s) preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 06 years of IT experience, with at least 03 years in IT audit coordination and/or IT compliance, preferably in banks. |
| Key skills & expertise | Strong knowledge of IT systems, information security, IT governance and risk frameworks; understanding of banking industry standards and regulatory requirements; ability to interpret directives and translate into IT controls; stakeholder management; experience in compliance trackers, monitoring audit observations and evidence management; strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. |
| Main duties & responsibilities | Lead IT Compliance Management activities including internal and regulatory audits, preparation and submission of regulatory responses and reports, monitoring and reporting of IT audit observations and remediation, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating inspections by State Bank of Pakistan and other authorities, developing and maintaining IT policies and controls, and facilitating compliance assessments and inspections. |
| Assessment & Employment type | Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for panel interviews. Employment is on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package as per Bank policy. No TA/DA for interview. |
