National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Manager — IT Compliance Management (AVP) based in Karachi. The role reports to the Unit Head — IT Compliance Management and focuses on IT compliance, audit coordination, regulatory adherence and governance within the Bank.

| Educational Qualification | Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; or graduation with a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from a HEC‑recognized institution. Relevant certifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 06 years in IT, including at least 03 years in IT audit coordination and/or IT compliance, preferably in banks. |
| Employment Type | Contractual for three years (may be renewed at Management discretion). Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for panel interviews. No TA/DA for interviews. |

Key skills and knowledge required: strong understanding of IT systems, information security, IT governance, risk management frameworks, regulatory and compliance requirements; ability to interpret regulatory directives and translate them into effective IT controls; stakeholder coordination across IT, Risk, Compliance, Audit and business units; excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Main duties: lead and oversee IT Compliance Management function; coordinate IT compliance activities related to internal audits, external audits and regulatory inspections; prepare and submit regulatory responses, compliance reports and management attestations; monitor and report IT audit observations, regulatory findings and remediation activities; maintain IT policies, procedures and governance frameworks; facilitate regulatory inspections, compliance assessments and audit walkthroughs; maintain compliance documentation, audit trails and evidence repositories; promote regulatory compliance culture across the Bank.
