Submission and bidding procedure: Bidders must submit electronic bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by uploading the PDF file of the E-Bid. Original bid security in the form required must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Title to the office of the Director General, PTGD, before the e-bid submission deadline. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be applied as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
Eligibility & conditions: Registered firms with relevant authorities and tax departments may participate. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The Director General, PTGD reserves the right to increase the quantity up to 15% as per PPRA rules and to accept or reject any or all bids per PPRA rules.
