PRAL Tender: Build and Operate Central Control Unit (CCU) and Related IT Infrastructure

Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited - PRAL invites electronic bids to build and operate a Central Control Unit (CCU) for Digital Interventions and to supply/manage associated IT infrastructure, including rack-mount servers, SAN (Storage Area Network) expansions for primary and DR sites, Layer II network switches for the CCU room, VMware licenses, and assessment of contact centre options (Tender Nos. 34–39).

Bids must be submitted electronically via the government e-procurement portals ePADS / ePPS (https://epads.gov.pk & https://eppm.ppras.gov.pk) by 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
