Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad invites sealed proposals for pre-qualification of firms/service providers for Event Management Services under an Open Framework Contract. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and comply with instructions to bidders available on the FDE and PPRA websites.
Proposals must be submitted in sealed hard copy to the Chairman Procurement Cell, FDE, Islamabad. Submission deadline: 2026-07-28 by 10:30 AM (opening at 11:00 AM the same day).
