Submission & bidding procedure: Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). All interested parties must register on the Punjab e-Procurement system and submit e-bids online. The last date and time for uploading/submission of e-bids is 2026-11-18 until 12:00 PM. E-bids received by the stipulated date/time will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement system.
Bid security: All bidders are required to submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the prescribed manner as per PPRA through online PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement system in favor of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Lalian, Chiniot.
