Issuer: Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL). Invitation to e-Bid for cleaning and sanitation of Residential Colony I & II, roads, streets and lawns at TPS Colony Muzaffargarh, including cleaning of gutters and sewerage lines, collection and shifting of waste material outside the colony by tractor trolley, and provision of sanitary labour for streets, roads, pavements and dust bins.
Procurement procedure: Single Stage One Envelope (PPRA Rule 27(a)). E-bidding documents, terms and conditions, and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS 2.0 (https://epads.gop.pk). Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 300,000 in favour of NPGCL (GENCO-III) in the shape of Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee as specified in the bidding documents.
