National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for senior positions based in Karachi in the area of International, Financial Institutions & Remittances. Two leadership roles are being recruited to oversee overseas HR and overseas operations.

| Wing Head – HR Overseas Wing (VP) | Divisional Head – Governance & Control Division | Minimum graduation from a HEC-recognized university/college/institute; Master's and/or relevant professional certification(s) preferred. | Minimum 8 years' experience in banking and/or financial services; experience in employee relations, overseas postings, expatriate management and international HR practices preferred. Strong communication, leadership, MS Office proficiency, HR policy & governance, compliance orientation; responsibility for HR strategy, recruitment/selection, placement, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll and advisory support to Country Heads/Branch Managers for overseas operations. |
| Wing Head – Operations (VP) | Divisional Head – Governance & Control Division | Minimum graduation from a HEC-recognized university/college/institute; Master's and/or relevant professional certification(s) preferred. | Minimum 8 years' financial sector experience with at least 4 years in banking operations, compliance, internal control or related roles. Strong knowledge of banking operations, SBP regulations and banking laws; experience overseeing overseas branch operations, operational controls, vendor/third-party management, compliance, audits, and implementation of operational policies and procedures. |
Assessment & Employment Terms: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion.
