| Senior Business Analyst — Core Banking (AVP) | Head — CBA Business Analysis | Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; Master’s preferred; relevant certifications preferred | Minimum 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in business analysis or similar role, preferably in banking or financial institutions | Requirements analysis, business process mapping, core banking and channel solution analysis, stakeholder liaison, solution design support, documentation, testing support, and implementation coordination. |
Other notes: Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for assessment/interviews. Employment is on a fixed-term basis for three years with the possibility of renewal at management discretion; compensation will be offered as per the Bank’s policy. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
