Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid PEC license, registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority/Board, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List.
Bid security must be submitted in the shape of CDR or a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division GSO (S) NTDC, Hyderabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0 and the original (hard copy) must be submitted before the e-bid closing deadline. Bid security must be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date.
Bidding documents with detailed instructions, terms, conditions and specifications are available for registered bidders on EPADS v2.0. This advertisement is also available on PPRA and the National Grid website.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the bidding process prior to contract award as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
