National Grid Pakistan Tender SM-CIVIL-FO-HYD-02-2026-27 — Repair & Maintenance, Hyderabad

National Grid Pakistan (the Employer) invites e-Bids under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for civil works from eligible firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid license, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority and listed on the Active Taxpayer List.

Bidding documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS: https://www.epads.gov.pk/. This advertisement is also available on PPRA and the official websites [www.pora.org.pk & www.ngc.gov.pk].

All e-Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount shown above. Bid Security shall be in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Executive Engineer Civil Division GSO (S) NTDC, Hyderabad, and must be valid for a period up to twenty eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. Bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on EPADS v2.0; however, the original (hard copy) Bid Security must be submitted before the e-bids closing deadline, failing which the e-bid will be rejected.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only on or before 2026-11-16 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The Employer reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award as per Clause 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
