Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding a valid PEC license and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority.
Bid Security: Amount shown above; in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division GSO (S) NTDC, Hyderabad, valid up to 28 days beyond bid validity. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security to EPADS v2.0 and submit the original hard copy before the e-bid closing deadline; failure to provide the original will result in rejection.
Submission and Opening: Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only on or before 2026-11-16 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Other conditions: Bidders must quote for the complete scope of work; partial bids will be rejected. A completed checklist (as per Instructions to Bidders) is mandatory. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the bidding process under Public Procurement Rules 2004.
