Tender: Transportation Services for ITNs Mass Campaign — CMU (Global Fund)

Common Management Unit (CMU) for the Global Fund AIDS, TB & Malaria grants invites sealed bids for the hiring of transportation services for Insecticidal Treated Nets (ITNs) to selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for an ITNs mass campaign. Eligible Pakistani transport firms must be legally registered, have relevant transport experience, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List.

Bidding follows National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) and the GFATM-approved CMU procurement manual. Bidding documents are available free from the CMU office or via the CMU website and may be requested by email; documents can be obtained up to 2026-07-25. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM. Bids must include a refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 and be submitted through the PPRA e-procurement system (EPADS) and delivered by registered mail, courier, or by hand on or before 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM; public opening will follow at 11:30 AM.
