CDA e-Bid: Repair/Maintenance of NCCIA Building No.12, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2 Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the repair/maintenance of NCCIA Building No.12 located at Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above. The procurement will follow a Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. E-bidding documents and detailed terms are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) and bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate.

Bids must include the required bid security (Pay Order or Call Deposit) as specified in the bidding documents. Submit e-bids via EPADS v2.0 by 2026-07-31 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
