Zhob Tender for Construction of AC Office and Residence at Murgha Kibzai

The Executive Engineer (Buildings), CWPP&H Department, District Zhob, invites electronic bids for construction work under the composite schedule of rates for 2023. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Bidders must be registered on the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System. Eligibility includes active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, registration with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 or above for 2026–27. Bidders must have completed three similar assignments during the last three years, each worth at least 70% of the estimated cost, and provide the required financial and banking documentation.

The procurement method is single-stage, two-envelope bidding. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. The tender fee must be deposited through a green challan in the firm's name, and bid security must be submitted in the required form.

Tender documents and electronic submission facilities are available at www.bppra.gob.pk. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids will not be accepted. Submit bids by 12 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon at the EPPS system address for District Zhob.
