Executive Engineer Buildings Zhob Tender for Construction of DC Complex

The Executive Engineer Buildings, C&WPP&H Department, District Zhob, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the construction of the DC Complex in Zhob. The estimated cost is PKR 100,000,000. Tender reference: TSE-2627101216943.

The work is planned for 2026 under Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must register with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s electronic procurement system.

Eligibility requirements include Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-4 or above for 2026–27, active taxpayer status, and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Contractors must have completed three similar assignments, each worth at least PKR 70 million, during the preceding seven years.

The tender fee is PKR 1,500, and bid security is 3%. Tender documents are available through www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Electronic Public Procurement System; physical bids will not be accepted.

The submission deadline is 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM through the electronic procurement system.
