Zhob Buildings Division Tender for Veterinary Facilities at Murgha Kibzai

The Executive Engineer (Buildings), C&WPP&H Department, District Zhob, invites electronic bids for the construction of veterinary facilities at Murgha Kibzai. Bidding will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Physical bids will not be accepted.

Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Eligibility includes Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 or above with the relevant specialization, annual turnover of at least PKR 28 million, and three similar assignments completed during the last three years, each worth at least 70% of the estimated project cost.

The tender fee is PKR 1,500. Bid security must be submitted as a call deposit from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned. Bidding documents are available at www.bppra.gob.pk.

Submit electronic bids through the procurement dashboard by 11:00 AM on November 12, 2026. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 noon on the same day at the Executive Engineer's office in District Zhob.
