Buildings Department Zhob Tender for House Construction – Deadline 12 November 2026

The Executive Engineer (Buildings), B&W Department, District Zhob, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for house construction under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023, using percentage rates.

Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above for 2026–27, hold active taxpayer status, and be registered on the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System. Firms must meet the relevant experience, financial capacity and turnover requirements, including an annual turnover of at least PKR 21,000,000 for similar work.

The procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee, deposit at call or other qualifying bank instrument from a scheduled bank. Tender documents are available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk.

Electronic bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard by 11:00 AM on 12 November 2026. Physical bids will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon through EPPS. The procuring office is the Executive Engineer (Buildings), B&W Department, District Zhob.
