The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on EPADS v2.0 for multiple construction and renovation works at FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad — including construction of a Counter Terrorism Wing, additional rooms and façade uplift, main block renovation, cafeteria construction, and renovation of the Global Interpol Academy.
Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category must submit bids via https://vendors.epads.gov.pk (EPADS v2.0). Bids must include the prescribed bid security and will be submitted and opened on 2026-07-29; consult the e-bidding documents on EPADS for package-specific submission/opening times and detailed requirements.
