PITB Training Partners EOI and Prequalification for Advanced Bootcamps and Freelancing Training

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites Expression of Interest and Prequalification (EOI-PQ) proposals from validly registered, reputable and well-experienced firms and companies for the Advanced Bootcamps and Freelancing Training Programme. The process will prequalify training companies for the Request for Proposals (RFP) stage.

The complete scope of services and requirements are included in the EOI and PQ document, available at www.pitb.gov.pk, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Proposals must be duly completed, signed, stamped and fully compliant with the EOI and PQ document. Submit proposals exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement system by 17 November 2026 at 12:00 noon. Proposals will be opened at 12:30 p.m. on the same day under PPRA Rules, 2014. Proposals submitted through any other method will not be considered.

A pre-proposal meeting for clarifications will take place on 10 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the PITB office, 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.

Income tax and sales tax registration certificates, along with other documents required by the EOI-PQ document, must accompany the proposals. PITB management may reject all proposals at any time before acceptance of a proposal under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
