PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Civil Works at Haji Zai and Essa Abad

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible bidders for construction of solar water supply schemes at Killes Haji Zai MC and Essa Abad MC, Khuzdar, under PPL (UEP CSR). The works are for the year 2026, with percentage-rate bids based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-2627111218873.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders participating in Government of Balochistan procurement, whether through electronic or manual bid submission, must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan.

Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 3,319,348 in one previous year.

The tender document fee is PKR 1,500. Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer from publication of the notice until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at the same office at 12:00 PM that day.
