PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Civil Works at Killi Shahibagh and Killi Lizo

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible bidders for civil works for 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218573.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost, furnished as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders in government procurements, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. The bidder must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 3,642,813 in one previous year.

Tender documents: Obtain the bidding documents from the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, against the PKR 1,500 fee. Documents will be issued from publication of the notice until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days.

Submission deadline: Tenders must reach the office by 11:00 AM on 17 November 2026. Bids will be opened at the same office at 12:00 PM on 17 November 2026.
