PHE Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Scheme Civil Works

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible bidders for the following work for 2026, based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218743.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost, furnished as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the Executive Engineer.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders must register with the BPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System, whether submitting bids electronically or manually.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed at least one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 3,642,813 in previous years.

Tender documents: Documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer upon payment of PKR 1,500, from the publication date of the notice until November 17, 2026, during office hours on working days.

Submission deadline: November 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer.
