Hub Tender for Construction of 984 RFT Bridge on Soreh Road, Dureji

The Executive Engineer (Roads), Communication Works, PP&H Department, District Hub, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for bridge construction under tender reference TSE-2627111219143. The works are invited for 2026 on percentage rates based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023.

Tender fee: PKR 2,000. Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost, furnished as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 341,836,640 during the preceding three years to establish financial capacity. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-3 or above, up to PKR 500 million, in the relevant category with specialized code CE02 (Bridge Structures), is required.

Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders in government procurements, whether submission is electronic or manual. For this tender, bids must be submitted electronically only; physical bids are not required. The notice inviting tender and complete bidding documents can be obtained and viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk.
