DUHS Karachi Tender for Procurement of Cochlear Implants

Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi (DUHS) invites electronic bids from manufacturers or their authorized agents/distributors for the procurement of cochlear implants through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Tender reference DUHS/DP/2026/357 is dated 31 October 2026.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelopes Procedure under SPP Rule 46(2). Bidders must be registered and appear on the FBR/SRB List of Active Taxpayers for income tax and GST, whichever is applicable.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded from https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ or https://duhs.edu.pk. Interested bidders must register on EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. The original instruments for the tender fee and bid security must reach the Procurement Directorate, Central Warehouse, Dow University of Health Sciences, Ojha Campus, SUPARCO Road, off Main University Road, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme No. 33, Karachi, before the electronic bid submission deadline.

If the government announces a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of the SPP Rules 2010, as amended.
