Sukkur IBA University Tender for Event Management Services and Food Arrangements

Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through EPADS under Tender Proc/EPADS/0124 for event management services and food arrangements. Bidding follows the single-stage, one-envelope procedure and is open to eligible, experienced firms registered with the income tax and sales tax departments. Manual bids will not be considered.

The tender schedule begins on November 4, 2026, and runs until November 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by November 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Bid opening will take place through EPADS on the same date at 3:30 PM.

Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, which is given in the procurement plan within the tender document. Security must be furnished in favour of Sukkur IBA University as a pay order, deposit at call, demand draft or bank guarantee.

Bidders must quote their best and final price, as negotiations are not permitted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids before acceptance of a bid under SPP Rules 2010, as amended to date.
