QESCO Tender T-2095 for Security Uniforms and Accessories in Quetta

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites electronic bids under Tender No. T-2095 from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized dealers and distributors registered on EPADS 2.0 and with the income tax and sales tax departments. Security items will be procured under PPRA rules on an FCS (Free Consignee’s Store) basis for delivery to QESCO Regional Store, Quetta, through the Single Stage Single Envelope method.

Required sizes will be included in the bidding documents. The bid submission deadline is 16 November 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Only electronic bids will be accepted. Interested bidders must apply through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), version 2.0, at http://vendor's.epads.gov.pk, following the procedures prescribed in PPRA regulations. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by the scheduled deadline.

Bid security, for the amount and validity required in the standard bidding documents on EPADS 2.0, must be furnished as an original bank guarantee or CDR in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, QESCO. The original instrument must reach the office of Manager Material Management, QESCO Headquarters, Zarghoon Road, Quetta, by the bid submission deadline. Failure to deliver it on time will render the bid non-responsive and liable to rejection.

Bids will be opened in the office of Manager (MM), QESCO, at the Chief Executive Office, Zarghoon Road, Quetta Cantt, at the scheduled opening time. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.

Conditional bids, partial bids, bids with incomplete documents, and bids without the sealed original CDR or bank guarantee as bid security will be rejected. QESCO reserves the right to accept or reject all bids under PPRA rules.
