PPHI Sindh Tender for Procurement and Supply of LED Televisions

PPHI Sindh, a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed bids from interested bidders with relevant experience for the procurement and supply of LED televisions. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

A complete set of bidding documents, including basic eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions, may be obtained from the PPHI Sindh Head Office in Karachi by submitting an application along with a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 1,000 in the name of PPHI Sindh.

Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend, according to the schedule above.

If a public holiday is announced or unfavorable circumstances arise, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day. All other terms and conditions, the venue, and the timings will remain unchanged.

All bids must include applicable government taxes, which will be deducted from bills or invoices according to government rules and policy.

Bid security equal to 1% of the total bid/contract value must be submitted as a pay order or demand draft in favor of PPHI Sindh and attached to the financial bid. Bids without this security will be treated as non-responsive and rejected.
