NUML Islamabad Tender for Installation of Sprinkler Irrigation System

NUML University Main Campus, Islamabad, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the installation of a sprinkler irrigation system at its main campus under reference P174153. Funds have been reserved for the procurement for financial year 2026–27, and part of these funds will cover eligible payments under the contract.

The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.

Bids must include the bid security amount prescribed in the bidding documents, in the form of a pay order or call at deposit, or a bid-securing declaration in the format prescribed in the bidding documents.

The bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/offer/t/procurements/174153. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Electronic bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the submission deadline. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained. Bidders who have not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A registration tutorial is also available on YouTube.
