PKLI Lahore and Rawalpindi Prequalification for General Surgical Disposable Consumables

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC), Lahore, invites prequalification proposals from eligible applicants through the Punjab e-Procurement System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for the procurement and supply of general surgical disposable consumables under a framework contract.

Applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. The prequalification document and notice containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available free of charge at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

Submit prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 17 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened through the same system that day at 12:30 PM. Proposals submitted through any other method will not be considered.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2 November 2026 at 2:30 PM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower A. If the submission deadline falls on a declared public holiday, proposal submission and opening will take place on the next working day.

PKLI & RC will not bear any costs or expenses incurred by bidders for preparing, delivering or electronically submitting proposals. All assessments and procurement procedures are governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. These rules will prevail in the event of any conflict with the bidding documents.
