WASA Lahore Final Show-Cause Notice to Shahbaz Munir Hussain

The Directorate of Administration, Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore, has issued a final show-cause notice to Shahbaz Munir Hussain, son of Munir Hussain, Assistant Pipe Fitter, employee number 15966, holding CNIC 35202-3370448-9. His address includes House No. 07, Street No. 07, Lahore.

The employee has been absent from duty without permission since 25 February 2025. This conduct constitutes misconduct under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006 (PEEDA Act 2006).

The employee must appear before the inquiry officer within seven days of publication of this final notice and explain his absence. Otherwise, disciplinary proceedings will be taken under the PEEDA Act 2006, which may result in dismissal from service effective from 25 February 2025.
