The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites objections concerning the transfer and processing of the following residential properties in Lahore.

Property	Transfer and Registration Details	Purpose
Plot No. 693, Block F, Johar Town, Lahore	LDA transfer reference JT.AP.1021-1022/8874, dated 19 December 1989. The property was subsequently transferred through registered document No. 9249, Book No. 01, Volume No. 2285, dated 26 October 1995.	An application has been submitted to transfer the property to Shahida Nasreen following the death of Rustam Ali Khan.
Plot No. 65, Sultan Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore	Recorded area: 19 marlas and 214 square feet. The property stands in the name of Syed Sohail Haider. Registration reference SFP-0000051774; document No. 078-2026-0011427, Book No. 01, online registration dated 7 July 2026. The transferred portion measures 6 marlas and 146 square feet.	Processing of the transfer of the registered portion through LDA.
Plot No. 17, Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore	Registered document No. 078-2026-0014920, Book No. 01, online registration dated 5 September 2026.	An application has been submitted for the transfer of the property through LDA following registration.
Plot No. 15, Garden Town, Lahore	Area: 2 kanals. Registered document No. 902, Book No. 01, Volume No. 1145, dated 17 April 2023.	Processing of the property transfer on the basis of the registered deed.

Any person or organization with an objection to the transfer or issuance of transfer documents for these properties must submit a written objection, supported by documentary evidence, to the relevant LDA office within 15 days of publication of this notice. After this period, the authority will proceed under its rules, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
