Civil Hospital Karachi Tender for Medical Equipment and Other Items under New Schemes

The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau, Civil Hospital Karachi, invites electronic bids for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, medical devices, instruments, furniture, fixtures and other items under the hospital’s New Schemes. Tender reference No. MS(CHK)/10831 is dated 2 November 2026, with publication reference INF-KRY/4971/26.

Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR or SRB, whichever applies. Procurement will follow Rule 46(2), Single Stage–Two Envelopes Procedure.

Bidders must register on the EPAD system at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bids will be accepted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents. The original tender-fee instrument and the required fixed bid security must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline.
