NADRA RHO Gwadar Prequalification for Goods and Services Framework Agreement

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), RHO Gwadar, under the Government of Pakistan's Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, invites national applicants to apply for prequalification for an Open Framework Agreement for the supply of goods and services. The procurement reference is FFW10872, with funding from Non-ADP funds.

NADRA intends to prequalify suppliers for subsequent invitations to bid and enter into an Open Framework Agreement with successful bidders following completion of the bidding process. The agreement will cover on-demand supplies through subsequent call-off contracts during its term. Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings.

The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility requirements in the prequalification documents. Interested applicants may obtain further information from NADRA through EPADS v2.0 during office hours. Applications must be prepared according to the instructions in the prequalification documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Applications will be opened electronically through the same platform. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
